Chicken Sausages with Garlic

If you wish to make something rather light, yet nutritious and easy to prepare for dinner, then this recipe is for you. These so-called "chicken sausages" are perfect for busy weekday evenings; they require very little ingredients and they don't have to be marinated. You can also serve them hot (with some potatoes, rice or pasta) or cold (as a sandwich filling, for example), as you wish. In my opinion, they're delicious either way.

Cheese and Garlic Ham Rolls

I decided to share another classic appetizer recipe of mine. Whenever we have some event in our family that calls for a big dinner party, I make these cheese and garlic ham rolls. The best thing about this recipe is that it's very quick, cheap and easy to make! You can also modify the filling to your liking, for example by adding some parsley or chives.

Lasagne with Ground Beef

This time I decided to share my favorite lasagne recipe! I love this Italian dish. It might take some time to make it, but it's worth it since you'll have plenty of food for the next days. You can store it in the fridge and simply heat it up in the microwave or oven right before serving. This lasagne recipe was adapted from here

Roasted Turkey Breast

I found this recipe, and decided to try it out, and to my surprise the meat turned out very tender and not dry at all. I recommend everyone to try this recipe out especially since it's very simple.
