This
recipe is a variation of the famous Caprese salad. The tender taste of mozzarella
cheese combined with delicious pesto, and fresh cherry tomatoes, results in a
wonderful and mouth-watering combination. These appetizers can also be a great decoration for your dinner table. I found this recipe here.
Ingredients:

cherry tomatoes

mini mozzarella balls
lettuce
(or other leaf vegetable), for decoration

tbsp homemade pesto
12
wooden mini-skewers (or toothpicks)
Directions:
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
- Drain
the excess liquid from mozzarella balls and dip them in pesto sauce. You can

- Thread a pesto covered mozzarella ball onto a skewer, add some lettuce, and a cherry tomato.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
