It’s so easy and
quick to make these ground turkey meatballs. I made them yesterday and they
turned out so delicious: soft on the inside and crusty on the outside. They are
lighter than regular meatballs and thus perfect for a light, yet nutritious
meal.
Ingredients (4 servings) :
1 onion
14.1 oz (400 g)
ground turkey
salt and pepper,
to taste
1 large egg
2 tbsp
breadcrumbs
1 tbsp cooking
oil or butter
Directions:
- Grate onion or chop into small pieces.
- In large bowl, combine salt, pepper, onion, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well together and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Form little balls from the ground turkey mixture. Cook in a large frying pan sprinkled with cooking oil for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and nicely browned on the outside.
There, it’s that
simple!

I love those meet bolls very much!
