Pumpkin muffins - an autumn hit! They turn out to be very tasty and aromatic and very easy to prepare.
Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients (12 muffins):
- 4 1/2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 1/2 dl pumkin puree
- 100 g butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger) and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
- Incorporate pumkin puree in the mixture.
- Spoon the batter into a 12-count muffin pan lined with muffin liners. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the inserted toothpick comes out clean.
