Yesterday I discovered this great smoothie recipe! It's fresh, light and most importantly healthy! I used orange juice as a base, but it can be easily replaced with milk or coconut cream. Pineapple juice works great as well; it adds a nice tropical taste to the smoothie.
For this recipe you will need:
1/2 cup (1 1/4 dl) orange juice
1 cup (2 1/3 dl) raspberries, frozen
1/2 small banana, sliced
almond flakes, coconut flour
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. If the smoothie is too thick to your liking, you can dilute it by adding more orange juice. Serve immediately.
