Sour Cream Pancakes


This recipe is very quick and easy. It makes very tasty, sweet and airy pancakes! You can serve them on a weekend morning with maple syrup, fresh berries, chocolate sauce etc.
 



Ingredients:
  • 3 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 2 dl milk
  • cooking oil
Directions: 
  1. In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients. 
  2. Add the egg, sour cream and milk. Mix well.
  3. Let the dough set for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Cook in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Serve with any toppings of your liking.
